The Enneagram Institute of Georgia is a team of experienced professionals teaching personal and organizational development using the personality system of the Enneagram. We are affiliated with The Enneagram Institute in New York, NY, which uses The Insight Approach© in teaching the Enneagram.   We offer classes, workshops, and consulting services, including individual coaching.   Our Philosophy   We believe that the key to a richly satisfying and fulfilling life lies in becoming acquainted with our true selves.   We are bound together as a human family. No matter what our gender, age, race, social status, marital status or ethnic origin, we all have in common one powerful tie that binds us and, that is, we all want to be known for who we are. As humans we learn coping skills for managing our world by developing personalities. While essential for survival in the world, our personalities can become automatic, habitual responses to life.   Our behavioral choices often obscure the real intent of what we are trying to communicate, blocking our ability to reach out and truly relate to others.    We believe there is much to be gained from exploring our PERSONALITY.  Understanding our habitual responses to the world…when and where we react with anger, anxiety, fear, shame, or guilt….can free us to be who we were meant to be and expand our ability to lead more productive, fulfilling lives.   We work with individuals and organizations to enhance their awareness of the limitations to their growth based in ego personality.  Organizations are comprised of individuals.  To improve organizations and raise their awareness,  we believe you must first develop the individuals.
