Martha Land Young  - Martha's twenty-four years' of experience in administrative management in the medical field has taught her the importance of managing an efficient productive business while developing and maintaining a well-trained staff who are motivated by more than their hourly wage.  In 1993, she discovered the Enneagram which helped her to discover, understand and empower herself and the physicians and staff.  Very quickly, she realized that this tool could enhance all the relationships in her life.  Martha is a Certified Enneagram Instructor with The Enneagram Institute, New York City, NY, and enthusiastically teaches this system in business, education and spiritual environments. She has completed training programs in New York, Pennsylvania, Toronto, and Atlanta, taught by Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson, founders of The Enneagram Institute.
