The Insight Approach® is a full spectrum exploration of the Enneagram and all of its elements, psychological and spiritual. The Insight Approach® focuses on the inner structures of the types as well as the internal dynamics of the Enneagram as a whole. Because the Insight Approach® gives people a clear understanding of this incredibly rich system, our students are able to make creative applications in their areas of personal interest and professional expertise.
More important is how personal growth is supported by this approach. Deep insight — but with compassion — allows people to be aware of themselves in a way that makes self-acceptance, letting go, and lasting change possible.The Insight Approach® is about having a deep, specific, clear, and comprehensive understanding of the nine personality types of the Enneagram and the system as a whole. It is the result of years of observational work, interviewing people, and extensive teaching that brings together all the available data about each type into a coherent whole.
The Insight Approach® is growing because people around the world are recognizing its accuracy and usefulness in a wide variety of settings. Business applications, counseling, relationships issues, and personal growth are greatly potentiated by having deep and precise insight into each of the types.
